Aim of Programme


The acquisition, management and retention of customers is a critical business activity and the delivery of consistent and effective customer management is key to achieving this business priority. Participants with have the opportunity to gain greater understanding and insights into the area of Customer Service, Management and Value Creation.  Participants will gain understanding and knowledge of management practices and human behaviour that impact on organisational success.

Minimum Entry Requirements


Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years)

or

Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish)

or

QQI Level 5 Full award with a minimum of eight modules. or Recognition of Prior Learning (APL/APEL)

Online Induction will take place on Saturday 30th January 2021.  Time to be confirmed.

Registered students will meet their lecturers and become acquainted with AIT operating systems, such as our online delivery platform, Moodle, Rules and Regulations etc.
