Step 7: How to Access Your Timetables

This page contains information on accessing your Programme Timetable and Examination Timetable.

Accessing your Programme Timetable

Your Timetable is set annually and should not change.  If a change is to occur all students will be notified.

Typically, most flexible programs are on two evenings per week and a number of Saturdays per semester.

While the timetable shows the days of the week and times, each individual programme leader will advise you of your Saturday classes dates.

To access your Timetable, make sure that you are aware of your programme code.

Each programmes has a programme code and this is what is required for your timetable.  To find it – simply look in the prospectus and it is beside the programme of study that you have chosen.

Then follow the following Instructions

  1. Click on the link Timetables below.
  2. For Department – Use ‘Lifelong Learning’
  3. For Student Group – select your programme code and name – If there are two groups please ensure you have the correct group ‘A’ or ‘B’
  4. Weeks to view – Select all year
  5. Days to view: Select All Days
  6. Start /End Time Select 08.00 – 22.00 (All Day)
  7. Timetable layout: Select Grid, Print Friendly Grid or List Layout

Accessing Your Examination Timetable

Great care and attention should be paid to Examination policies, regulations and penalties – See the link to Examination Timetables amd Regulations below.

As a student of TUS it is your responsibility read and understand all aspects of the Examination assessment process, including provisions for illness and exceptional circumstances that may occur when examinations are taking place. 

Your Examination Timetable is published by the Examinations Office. It is your responsibility to ind out when your examinations are taking place.  The examination timetable wil lnot be sent to you.

Your Examination Timetable is typically available 4 weeks prior to the Examination period.

In Sem 1 22/23 your examinations are scheduled to take place from 12th to 19th December

In Sem II 22/23 your examinations are scheduled to take place from 1st to 14th May

As such , please ensure that you are availabel to take your examinations during these dates.  

Repeat Examinations will take placein mid to late August 2023 (Yet to befinalised)

Examinations within the Faculty of Continuing, Professional, Online and Distance Learning take place typically between the hours of 9am to 7pm.

If a change is to occur it is your responsibility to monitor your examination timetable and to attend the examination at the prescribed date.
