AIT have three postgraduate programmes on offer in Software Design with Artificial Intelligence.  The entry requirements are the same for all three.  However the breadth of knowledge to be acquired and relative time commitment required from students is significantly different.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Software Design with Artificial Intelligence is an applied programme with 30 ECTS focusing on the development of artificial intelligence systems. It is intended for IT professionals who wish to gain specific skills in Software Design with Artificial Intelligence. This programme has 6 contact hours per week and at least 6 hours of self-directed learning are necessary per week.

Click the links below for details of the other two postgraduate programmes:

Postgraduate Diploma in Software Design with Artificial Intelligence

Master of Science in Software Design with Artificial Intelligence

It is necessary that you contact the Programme Coordinator to discuss which programme is most suited to your needs before you make an application.  Please do not apply for more than one programme within this suite of programmes.

Aim of Programme

These programmes target learner expertise and skills development within this rapidly developing and increasingly strategically important area. The vast accumulation of data and the inability for humankind to process this data unaided has led to an explosion in AI based solutions tailored to process, analyse, classify, and appraise this data.   These programmes aim to give students the techniques and skills to make sense of this data, to realise patterns and to gain semantic understanding of the data.  Data modelling, data presentation and data storage solutions are persistent throughout each module.
