Aim of Programme

Aim of Programme

This programme aims to provide you with a deeper insight into the role and functions of a modern business enterprise and to prepare you for a variety of business-related career opportunities upon graduation. You will develop a conceptual, systematic and mature approach to the identification, analysis and solution of problems in business / commercial / service organisations.  You will also acquire the knowledge and critical understanding of the interrelationships between the different functions within business management.

Bachelor of Business Level 7 or an approved equivalent Level 7 qualification.





AIT Induction Sessions will take place on Friday 18th September 2020 6.00pm to 9.00pm, Saturday 19th September 2020, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

All registered students must attend one session, and you will be advised of your session when your application is processed. This is a face to face induction, where registered students will meet their lecturers and become acquainted with AIT operating systems, such as our online delivery platform, Moodle, Rules and Regulations etc.

All current regulations and public health guidelines in relation to social distancing will be in place at these sessions.



18 Months : 24 Weeks per annum

Three Semesters of 12 weeks each
Monday and Wednesday, 6.00pm – 10.00pm in Athlone IT plus selected Saturdays.
