Aim of Programme

This programme provides the learner with key technical skills needed to progress a career in the IT and Network Support area. In addition, there is a cohort of students who do not have a Level 6 or higher major award, this programme will enable them to progress towards completion of such an award. More complex IT issues are typically escalated to Level 2IT and Network technicians. This can include the configuring and managing of larger enterprise networks, integrating wireless networks and connecting of non traditional system (IoT) to a network. The proposed programme equips graduates with the necessary technical and soft skills to perform these key duties
